At Yaffa Wigs Miami, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to address the issue.

- Approved claims for damaged or defective items may qualify for an exchange or repair.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered under special circumstances and require prior approval.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Please note that customized products, altered wigs, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exceptions and Limitations
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions.
